Universal to make movie about Milli Vanilli

Just when you thought you'd heard (not sure 'heard' is the right word) the last of Rob & Fab (aka Milli Vanilli), Universal Pictures announces plans to make a movie about them.

Unfortunately (not sure 'UN-fortunately' is the right word) one is dead (coke overdose), and the other is sadly trying to "resurrect" his "music" career. The screenplay is being written by Jeff Nathanson, who wrote the screenplay for Catch Me If You Can, and I'm seriously going to see this movie when it comes out... on DVD... don't think Milli Vanilli deserves $9 per person to see how they bullshitted their way to fame (and a Grammy, I might add).

Anyway, check out this article on the movie. It says that both Rob (still alive) and Fab's estate are cooperating with filmmakers. Really??? That's surprising, considering their talent, and all the other arenas they could feasibly make mega-bucks... fuckin losers. Alas, I'm just bitter because I bought their album, and actually saw them in concert! (Go ahead and heckle me if you want) Young MC opened up for them, but you'd all know I was lying if I told you that Young MC was the only reason I went....
