Apple and EMI

Thank God 2 major players in digital music have finally realized that not only is DRM-free music is better for consumers it will ultimately lead to more money for them as well.

So, this means that I can now share my iTunes Music Store-purchased songs with anybody?

No. It means that in the future any songs published by EMI will be available to download without DRM. It's basically the first major sign that DRM could be going away.
